£26,470 rising to £27,358 on successful completion of training and probationary period

Persona is a people business and we are seeking an additional team member within our Workforce team to support the development of all our staff.

We want people with the right attitude and values who will fit in to our team and enhance it even more, but of course you also need some technical skills and knowledge too.

This role will provide advice, insight and practical support to enable the organisation to develop its people in accordance with regulatory requirements and business strategy. It will implement strategies that are right for the business and also enable the organisation to attain a place in the market as a respected employer of choice. It will be critical to operate in a way which is compliant with regulations and works in synergy with delivering operational services within the resources available. It will be part of a small team focussed on providing underpinning approaches which enable a workforce that is passionate, inspired, flexible, committed, and engaged.

You’ll have an enquiring mind and be keen to understand the context in which the organisation operates. You’ll be an engaging trainer and able to adapt your approach to the needs of the business. You’ll be able to identify the best way for the business to develop the skills it needs and to source those solutions through your networks.
