I am passionate about encouraging individuals to be proactive and sort out the very important legal aspects at the earliest opportunity which is why I give talks to carers, care homes, families. Family members tend to speak to me at crisis point increasing stress and costs, so I hope by participating in the forum the service users and their family can benefit.
