Casual Wellbeing Assistants

Hours - casual, as and when required

£10.01 per hour rising to £10.21 per hour after successful completion of training and probation period.

Joining the casual team provides the opportunity to work flexibly around your existing commitments in a rewarding social care role. We are looking for night owls who share our organisational values, are able to work on their own initiative, are self-motivated and have great planning and organisational skills.

You will play a key role in supporting people to live their best life, by providing a safe environment for people to get a good night sleep and to be there to provide support and reassurance when they can't.

This role involves supporting tenants with their day to day living including personal care needs recognising that they live in their own homes.  You will be an enthusiastic, flexible person with a ‘can do’ attitude and caring nature and want to see people be the best that they can.
