Due to the impact of the Covid19 pandemic the future is more challenging than ever. For Persona it involves service transformation and digital enablement and we’re keen to find people with the expertise to help us develop our strategy to maximise these opportunities.

We currently have a vacancy for a Non-Executive Director on our Board and are looking for someone who can complement the existing team. You should have a background in a senior role in the public sector, working closely with trade unions and successfully delivering people based programmes of change.  In addition you’ll have specialist skills and knowledge in relation to either housing or digital transformation which can be translated to our organisation to provide advice and objective challenge. We’re keen to see diversity in our board room but it’s also essential that you share our values as they sit at the heart of the organisation and act as the compass in our actions and decision making at all levels.

We are an open and collaborative Board and are looking for someone who can enhance what is already a strong team as we move forward with the transformation of the organisation.
