Here at Persona, we are all about supporting people to live their best life and we need your help to do it!

Working in social care is a rewarding job.  Even though the role can be hard and often challenging, making a positive difference to someone’s life and helping them become more independent brings feelings of accomplishment and satisfaction. It’s a great career choice for those who enjoy a varied job role and lots of interaction with others.

We support older people, people living with dementia and people with a learning disability - supporting with everyday things and so much more.

Having experience either through work, volunteering or an informal care role would be great, but is not essential for all our roles as we provided a full induction and ongoing training and development for all our staff.  For any staff new to working in social care we will also support you to attain a level 2 qualification.

We are looking for people who share our values and it is important that you are a good communicator, patient, creative, able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team.

For all our staff we will support you throughout your career and we provide a wide range of employee benefits (see below), career development and lifestyle support services to ensure that you too feel supported, fulfilled and valued from day one of your employment with us

* new starter bonus is payable for our front line care and support roles on successful completion of induction and probationary period which is usually 6 months.

- wearing a face masks at all times whilst supporting our customers
