£30,507 per annum rising to £31,371 per annum on successful completion of training and probationary period

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Supported Living team who support people with learning disabilities to live independent full-fulling lives. We want someone with the right attitude and values for these key roles and to fit in to our team.
You’ll be a flexible person with a can do attitude and the ability to develop appropriate relationships with people and the ability to support people to meet their potential. Experience of managing a team of staff and adapting to get the most out of everyone is a must and you will take pride in delivering a quality services.
As this is a social care post a satisfactory disclosure and barring service (DBS) check is also required.
