We are looking for Support Workers to work within our Learning Disability Support Team assisting people to do everyday things and so much more, such as socialising, day trips, using technology swimming and eating out.

Working in learning disabilities can be amongst the most rewarding careers in support work. 

Our support worker roles include working with people with various needs and have many different levels of support.

As a support worker you will generally be under the supervision of others however you will need to be able to make decisions independently when customers need immediate help, and you will need to make the effort to get to know them as people so a relationship of trust can be built. This can be a very fulfilling job for people who enjoy empowering others.
