Brief Career Summary:

I have enjoyed a long career as a management consultant and senior executive focussing on areas such as business growth, performance improvement, customer experience, and regulation and compliance. In addition to my commercial roles, I have also held ministerial and other public sector appointments and advised on public policy across a number of areas such as building cohesive and sustainable communities, and improving health and wellness. I have worked with a large health and social care business and also worked as an Audit Commission Supporting People inspector.

I have particular expertise in business development, delivering services into the public sector and improving customer experience. I am a great believer in co-production and involving service-users and families in the design, monitoring and evaluation of services.
