Escape is a group of young adults aged 18-30 with mild to moderate learning and / or physical disabilities who are all on a journey, looking for the next step in life.

It’s about meeting new friends, creating memories, learning new skills and of course having lots of fun along the way.

The team at Escape will support you to develop a program of activities based on your needs and support you to make decisions about the next steps in your life.

Some of the activities that regularly take place at Escape are:

  • Going to the gym
  • Trips out - bowling/cinema etc

  • Arts & Crafts

  • Going out for meals/drinks

We have two rooms which have recently been refurbished with a bright and bold feel, kitted out with new equipment.
