You will be:

  • positive, flexible and have a “can-do” attitude
  • passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to thrive
  • skilled at building relationships and adapting your approach to individual needs

About the role

This is not your typical role. As our creative enterprise lead, you will be at the heart of an innovative heat press and printing enterprise, leading both the creative vision and the day-to-day production.

You will work alongside people we support, helping them to design and produce high-quality printed products such as clothing, textiles, and promotional items. But more importantly, you will be supporting people to develop practical skills, confidence and a sense of pride in their work.

From guiding creative ideas and interpreting design briefs, to overseeing production and ensuring quality standards, you will play a key role in building an environment that is both productive and empowering.

You will:

  • lead design and production for a creative printing enterprise
  • support people to develop design, printing, and production skills
  • ensure high-quality outputs that meet our customers’ expectations
  • maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive working environment
  • oversee the safe use of equipment and ensuring health & safety compliance
  • promote dignity, respect, and inclusion in everything you do

Further information about the role can be found in the job description.

Persona is committed to being an inclusive employer and recognises the value of having a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve.

We welcome applications from all people, irrespective of their personal characteristics or circumstances, and appointments are made objectively based upon talents, abilities and experience.

Where possible, we will support employees to work flexibly or with adjustments, so that they can perform to their best ability. We are committed to providing a working environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, and where individual skills and life experiences are valued.
