What it’s like to work here:

I have worked at Grundy since 2008, after being redeployed here. I can quite honestly say they have been the best years of my working life (and that’s quite a while!).

My role changed slightly, when we moved over to Persona from Bury Council in 2015 and I am now able to work much more flexibly, which I love. This does mean, going to work with different teams, like the Pinfold Suite, when I am needed to do so. I have also been driving the bus that picks up people we support from their homes to take them to daycare and taking them out on trips. I am really enjoying the driving aspect of my job role and getting out and about as it is something I have always wanted to do. 

The team I work with make the job I do so easy, we work very well as a team, and I would not want to work anywhere else.
