Brief Career Summary:

I have spent my entire career working within health and social care with the majority of my roles within Learning disabilities services. Over the years I have held several positions including registered manager, supported living manager and managing director. Prior to joining Persona, I held a nationwide role accountable for the operational management of residential and supported living services for young people with complex behaviours. I am passionate about delivering high-quality personalised care and support to people enabling them to live the life that they choose.

After visiting a friend in Yorkshire, I fell in love with the area and relocated from Surrey to Lancashire in 2020 and joined Persona shortly afterwards.

 

Outside of work I enjoy photography and being outside exploring new places with my two dogs, so Lancashire is the ideal place.
