ROCing the feedback

Community Learning Disability Nurse, Jane, has been making the rounds and visited the Elms, Bolton Road, and ROC this month for a really important group discussion.

The goal of the discussion was to ask customers about their experiences when trying to get GP appointments and about their experiences during those appointments.

The customers fed back through discussions and putting their feedback on a big piece of paper. They all lived their honest value and Jane thanks all of our customers for their input and ideas which will help to shape services in the future and make the experience better for all concerned.

We are excited to see how our customers with learning disabilities shared their experiences and that they are being listened to, to improve the future.
