Persona Employment Pathways (PEP) work closely with people to:
- understand their current skills
- identify what support they need during employment
- understand their goals and ambitions
- improve their confidence and independence
- provide 1:1 support from specialist job coaches
- ensure they can only gain from employment, by looking at how their benefits might be affected if they get a paid role
Our specialist job coaches will help:
- identify whether someone needs skills or qualifications before looking for a work or volunteering role
- people develop their skills
- find the right role for people
- support people during their role for up to 6 months
We'll also work with employers:
- helping them understand what people with a learning disability or neurodivergence need to thrive in work
- coaching them to offer the right support and guidance
