We'll work closely with people to:
- understand their current skills
- identify what support they need during employment
- find the right job for them
- improve their confidence and independence
- provide 1:1 support from specialist job coaches
- look at how their benefits might be affected if they get a paid role so people can only gain from getting a job and won't be disadvantaged by employment
Our specialist job coaches will help:
- identify the right role for people
- support people during their role
- help people develop their skills
We'll also work with employers by:
- helping them understand what people with a learning disability need to thrive in work
- coaching them to offer the right support and guidance
