Our Supported Living service supports people to live in their own home. At Persona we take a whole family approach and prioritise not only the people we support, but their loved ones too. We do this by putting people at the heart of what we do.
All properties are suitable for someone who may benefit from:
- 1-2-1 support
- shared support
- waking night support
- our day services
Any referrals for voids from social workers must be discussed and approved through Bury Council's Living Options Group meeting.
Once the referral has been agreed, a referral can be made using this form.
