We are looking to employ a customer relations assistant to work across our Short Stay service in Whitefield. You will be expected to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.

About you

You don’t need to have previous experience of working in social care, what’s important is that you are caring, a good communicator, patient, creative, able to work on your own initiative, show empathy and also work as part of a team. Most of all we are looking for someone who shares our values.

Flexibility is important as you will work on a rota basis. The rotas include a mix of shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, weekend and bank holidays.

About the role

You will be based in our Short Stay service, where we support older people at Elmhurst and adults with a learning disability at Woodbury.

This role will provide a professional, welcoming front of house reception facility that creates the right first impression of Persona to the people we support and visitors. You will provide administrative customer service support to designated operational teams which enables them to run effectively.
