We enable support that makes a positive impact for people who have learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs and older people across the Bury borough in Greater Manchester, through a range of diverse and unique services for adults.

In 2025 we launched a new service - Persona Employment Pathways, which was created to support people to find employment or volunteering as part of their progression journey. After a great start we're looking to strengthen our team with a manager who has the passion and determination to help people build the skills they need, find the perfect opportunity for them, and then help them thrive in their work.

About you

We're looking for the right person to take this team forward. We are true champions of flexible working so we're very willing to understand what working arrangements work best for you and to try and accommodate those if we can. We want you to thrive as much as the people you'll be supporting.

No one will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we're saying and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you!
