37 hours per week, £35,745 rising to £36,648 after successful completion of training and probation period.

About you

You’ll be a flexible person with a can do attitude and the ability to develop appropriate relationships with people, to support them to meet their potential.  Experience of managing a team of staff and adapting to get the most out of everyone is a must and you will take pride in delivering quality services.

About the role

You will be managing the quality and safety of a number of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in the Bury area, alongside an operational support officer and a team of support workers. You will be supported by the deputy manager and registered manager of the service. You will also support our out of hours on call service on a rota basis.
