About the role

As our systems administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and developing the operational systems that keep our services running. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation, helping them use our systems efficiently and ensuring they continue to evolve as our needs change. Your responsibilities will include:

  • administering and maintaining our key operational systems, including user access, configuration, security, updates, and data quality.
  • working with service leads to optimise workflows, forms, reports, and system features so teams can work more effectively.
