What is Systematic Instruction Training?

Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) is a way to teach people who find traditional learning difficult, including people with learning disabilities and autism. The TSI course teaches staff the skills needed to help people learn in ways that work best for them.

Liz and Lesley attend The Elms Community Centre and were paid to help staff put their new skills to use on the final day of the Systematic Instruction Training. They've told us a bit about their roles and what they most enjoyed about the day.

What advice would you give to someone else who wants to do the same type of role?

If you struggle you can always ask for support.
