Dear Sir or Madam, First of all I would like to say thank you to you and all the wonderful members of staff who look after us so well. It is pleasing for someone like me to enter into your organisation and be looked after so well by the excellent members of all your staff, nothing is too much trouble for them and when i can observe their kindness and understanding and when I witness this as a new member into your establishment it pleases me greatly, because I have experienced the opposite side of kindness and caring of other people. It pleases me greatly that there are still people like your staff that are always kind and understanding of people's needs and fell priviledged to be able to witness that on an everyday basis and thank god there are still people in this world who care and respect the needs of other people. Family member

Mum returned to Grundy yesterday, after a year’s absence due to the pandemic. Even after just 1 day back, I had seen a massive difference in Mum. She was smiling all evening and was full of conversation and it was so nice to see her like that again. Just wanted to feedback what a difference it had made and to thank you.

Regarding face time call:

I can’t thank you enough for making this happen for me.  As I reside in Australia, I visit my Mum, 1-2 per year.

Myself and my niece are my mother’s Lasting Power of Attorney, and early last year, I visited Grundy Day Care Centre so that I could get Mum involved in more aged care services so that she could be around people.  Because my mother is very friendly.  My mother enjoys her day out at Grundy and welcomes the day with much enthusiasm.  Each time I speak with her she always says how much she loves attending the Grundy Centre.  

Thank you again for arranging a facetime call with Mum each Thursday.
