Just looking at nature can help us feel calmer and it has an even bigger impact when we're in it.

Spending time in nature's proven to be good for our mental health and when that's good, our physical health improves too.

Getting active can help reduce short and long term physical effects that negative stress has on your body and mind and it doesn't have to take long.

Research has found that exercising in green spaces for as little as five minutes was found to improve mood and feelings of self-esteem*.

So if you're already getting some regular exercise, why not multitask, give the gym a miss and let nature work her magic while you move?
