  • food
  • exercise
  • alcohol, smoking, other drugs
  • prescription medication
  • illness
  • stress, anxiety, depression

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a simple, quick, effective way to treat any physical, mental or behavioural issue - you'll feel results in less than ten minutes. It's similar to acupuncture, but without needles and you can do it yourself. It has helped Vietnam veterans with PTSD to sleep better and reduce their medication. Some people have also found it helps them to deal with chronic pain.
