Persona & Shared Lives Wellbeing Sessions

These FREE half hour sessions run every Wednesday at 1.30pm on Microsoft Teams.

Occasionally a session is cancelled (eg for holidays or sickness). If you'd like confirmation that this week's session is running, please email info@personasupport.org.


How do I join the sessions?

Shared Lives Carers:

You will need to have a Teams account and the link for the session. You can copy and paste this from below 

1 - set up a personal Teams account, follow this link:

2- email Fiona at info@personasupport.org so she can email you the private session link.

3 -once you have the link you can add the event into your calendar.


Can't make it to a live session? Email Fiona at info@personasupport.org for a list of 6 recorded sessions you can access at a time that suits you.


Persona pays for the sessions which are free to every Shared Lives Carer, but you must attend in your own time. Please talk to your manager to arrange this if you need to.


You don’t need any special clothing or equipment and the sessions are for all abilities. They will focus on things like breathing, stretching and relaxation and are aimed at helping you to feel refreshed and to provide you with techniques you can use in your everyday life.
