Our daytime support is based on encouraging an all round approach to wellbeing.

We understand that traditional day care isn't for everyone, so we make sure that what we do isn't traditional and you can tailor your support to suit your needs.  From a bath and a trip to the hairdressers, to having lunch and doing an exercise class; you decide how to get the most out of your day.

There are a variety of stimulating, varied activity programmes and opportunities for adults of all ages to socialise, exercise the mind, make friendships and to connect in community facilities. Our approaches to physical fitness are individually tailored so that everyone can get involved as they want to, while improving their fitness levels and mobility.

Among the opportunities we have are for people with physical disabilities, older people and people living with dementia or autism. Escape is has now expanded it's service for young people with additional needs and everyone is welcome on a range of activities at Get Social, for adults of all ages with learning disabilities,
